Ishaa is a political activist based in Manchester, UK. She was the former Youth MP for Manchester for 2019-2020 and sat on the Greater Manchester Youth Combined Authority working on the formation of the Our Pass scheme that granted free bus travel to 16-18-year-olds.

Ishaa helped to co-found the organisation Youth Strike MCR as a result of the school strikes and served as a Youth Advisor to the Co-op and the Environmental Agency.  She was also elected as the UK Young Ambassador to the European Youth Forum.

Ishaa is involved in a variety of projects across the UK. Her campaigns have been focused on the environment, knife crime, and hate crime. She is passionate about youth involvement in organisations and is constantly pushing for youth voice to be implemented in local and national policy. ​

Ishaa currently serves as a Europe Young Ambassador and is seeking to expand her portfolio of projects and advisory work.
